It's been a weekend of sales! Besides the garage sale we also had our trailer and our house up for sale. I'm posting the info for both the trailer and the home in a shameless attempt to use the internet to get the word out and hopefully get them sold.
Marc made an awesome flyer with a bunch of pictures and information. He figured that those picking up the flyer would see the entire house so he didn't include the 3 car garage (partly because I was having the yard sale). Thats me in the corner coming to ask Marc why he isn't taking a picture of the whole house. Anyways, we're valued at $320,000 and we're asking $305, 000 without a realtor. Our home is 3780 sq feet with 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Fingers crossed we get some interest. 
This is our 2004 Tahoe Trailer. It has pop outs on both ends which are brand new, just replaced, a stove, fridge, shower, toilet, sleeping for 6-8 people. We love it but haven't used it the past two years. Its in excellent condition, asking $9400 but we will definately take offers. So spread the word!

We'll take both! If only...I wish that we could transport that beautiful house to VA. And if I had that trailor, I wouldn't ever had to sleep in a tent again. I know what I dreaming about tonight:)! You still haven't told me - where are you moving? Back home?
I only wish we could buy the trailer. We've been looking for a couple of years now, but there always seems to be someplace more important to spend the money! Good luck. kelli
What??? Your selling your house? Where are you moving too...and you had a baby that I have not even seen...we do need to get together and go to lunch and catch up. Also, I would be happy to come take a look at your wall and tell you my humble opinion! There is no shame in that, don't worry. Talk to you soon.
