No Deal

And.......exhale! I told you we were holding our breaths and now we can let it out. There is no deal on the house. The interested couple works in between our small town and another larger one further North. While they were waiting for the financing they found a home in the other town. I don't blame them actually, its a much more happening place. We're going to list with a realtor today so we can get some exposure on the MLS. We'll keep you posted. Ahhhh, the joys of selling a home.
