Marc's parents had their annual Halloween party. It's always a lot of fun to see the cousins all dressed up. I'm a terrible picture taker and didn't really represent the party well. There was a pinata, donut eating contest, apple bobbing, FOOD, FOOD, FOOD, carmel apples etc. Then the kids watched Hocus Pocus in the basement.
Kenadee; The Saloon Dancer. We were lucky to stop by the Odgen D.I. one morning and saw the racks of halloween costumes. Kenadee found this one for $4.00. Awesome! I told Jake if the girls got a cheap costume that I could probably get him the one he wanted online. You should have seen him buttering them up, telling them how good they looked!!
Jake: Jenga Fett (Star Wars). I know, I had NO idea who Jenga Fett was either.
So I ordered this online which would have been a bargain at $20, IF the shipping hadn't been $12. I don't really like to spend this much but he was SO excited. AND when it finally arrived it was a size 8-10 for ages 5-7. They didn't specify the age so its a little on the small side. Nothing a pair of black gloves and long black socks won't hide! Jake said he didn't care. He was just so excited to get the costume.
Brinlee; The Witch minus her accessories (hat, broomstick, SHOES!) She originally found an awesome home made Pokemon costume; Chancey (not sure how to spell). Only $4 from D.I. It was a round padded outfit with ears and her face poked through. She had second thoughts and decided she wanted to be a witch after all. She makes a cute witch!! (I posted two today so scroll down to see the other).

Cute! My boys are all recycling costumes from the 'costume box', but Myah got to buy something new. I guess that's why the boys think she's spoiled. Maybe they're right! kelli
What a fun looking party. The kids are adorable. I think Jake looks very much like those things on Star wars. Very cool! I miss having my own little kids to dress up, but I'm loving the grandma thing.
Oh my goodness!! I now know who Landon is for Halloween!!! Landon got the same costume as Jake (minus the mask) from Kid to Kid. (I hate to tell you this, but we paid $4) I wasn't really sure, who it was, so we just said, "Super Hero" and I threw on a black cape, to go with it. All the kids look great! What a fun party!
