New Hair Do!

I've had long hair for a long time now. I wasn't really enjoying it lately so I thought I'd get a few inches cut off and have it rest on my shoulders at my next hair cut. However, after my last cut about 3 weeks ago she layered me kind of funny so I had layers at my ear level and then a huge drop down to the ends of my hair. It was bugging me so I thought I'd cut an inch or two off my hair. I'd done it once before and it worked out. It was always long enough that it all blended in.



But this time I kind of messed up. I knew I'd done something bad as soon as I'd snipped. So, even though it looked okay and no one could really tell, I went to my neighbor who cuts hair to have her even out the back with the front. Hello..... she had to cut another two inches off the back to match the front. So my hair that was resting nicely on my shirt collar is now two inches above. Yikes! Not what I had planned but hey, now I know its not a great idea to cut my own hair. So, heres the new do. I have to say, its a nice change and the good thing is, it will always grow back. (oh and by this point I have all my teeth and my eye is cleared up so I don't look as bad as I sounded).
