The kids had a great opportunity to take part in the University Ward Stake Celebration. Jake is the Wiseman in yellow, Brinlee the silver star and Kenadee was Mary in pink. Originally she was a cow because all other parts were taken and then during the rehearsal the 5 year old playing Mary decided she was having none of that and refused to take part. Much to Kenadee's delight she readily stepped in to play Mary.

Kenadee's lucky day! Every girl wants to play the part of Mary. What a great photo! Oh, and the picture of Bailee with her little hat on is beyond adorable!

I keep wishing that my kids would get to at least see something like that this year. I haven't really heard of anything around here though. They all look so cute. Was Bailee the baby Jesus?
